Eligible Apparel

• Apparel eligible for return must be unaltered and free of any custom decoration. Items such as unworn boots and belts may be exchanged or returned if they are in their original packaging with original tags attached.
• Pants that have been hemmed may be eligible for return depending on the hem length. Pants hemmed to standard inseam lengths (30, 32, and 34) are returnable. Pants hemmed to non‑standard inseam lengths are not returnable.
• Footwear is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus applicable freight costs.

Oversized Items

• Oversized or custom items are not eligible for return. Standard Sizes may be eligible for return.

Custom Decorated Items

• Custom decorated items are non‑returnable unless the item was received damaged or produced incorrectly.
• In some cases, decorated items without monograms that are standard sizes may be reusable and eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

• A Return Authorization is required for all returns. A Return Authorization Form must be completed and included with the returned merchandise.

Return Time frame

• All returns requests must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of the original order.
